It is the most versatile machine in our lathes department and it is equipped with 3 turrets, all with Y-axis and one with B-axis running in hydrodynamic bearings that ensures sophisticated drilling or milling operations – without the use of the tool holders. This allows us to cut costs on special tools and to offer greater rigidity during machining. Located on the upper turret with B-axis, we have a powerful milling spindle with HSK-40 coupling, which allows us to mill any alloy with high rigidity. In addition, thanks to the tooling change inside the machine, it is possible to use different tools with this attachment for every circumstances. It is possible to set up this machine with up to 42 tools, for a high versatility of machining.
It has 3 turrets, all with Y axis. Thanks to the extreme rigidity and thermal stability of this machine, we can produce the vast majority of the parts we require. It is possible to set up the machine with up to 45 generic tools, including motorised tools and polygoners. The presence of multiple thermal probes allows us to have practically absolute stability during machining.
It has two turrets and it is used for the production of less complicated parts than the previous ones without losing precision and reliability. Thanks to the large number of tools, and the possibility of machining the piece with two sockets, these 3 lathes are used for all your products where off-centre machining, or inclined machining, is not required in order to be competitive.
These two machines allow us to develop the simplest parts made with a lathe. Both lathes are equipped with a single turret with the possibility of set up polygonators to be able to produce a large proportion of the products requested by the customers. These two machines are used to produce small batches where optimisation of the cycle time is not required, and where the use of more powerful lathes would unnecessarily increase the costs.
