CNC Transfer machines

A CNC transfer machine to machine moulded parts. A machine with 12 clamping fixtures and 18 units, including 11 cross slide for greater versatility. Thanks to this machine, we are able to machine from the most complicated parts in the traditional way with loading and unloading, machining components with double take-up thanks to the two clamping, to make two parts simultaneously for the simplest products. This plant is equipped with a robotisedzonewith an operator, which creates a more rigorous quality control.

Four flexible, high-productivity CNC transfer machines, each one different from the other, to adapt to any type of product. From the simplest bi-directional machine with 8 clamping, to the most complete machine with 12 clamping, three working directions with cross slide. This allows us to embrace the majority of products that can be produced on a trans-bar.

Two CNC transfer machines with 8 clamping and 15 units, 5 each direction. Plants are equipped with robotised islands with a specific operator for greater quality control for customers.

A CNC transfer machine with 6 tri-directional clamping and 13 units. This machine is equipped with a robotic system with a dual function. Automatic loading and unloading thanks to the cameras that direct the piece to the robot. As a second solution, it is possible to position the parts manually in palettes from which the robot will pick them up and deposit them after machining. This is for all parts that cannot be picked up by the robot fully automatically.

A CNC machine with 8 bi-directional clamping and 8 units. It is the simplest of the transfer machines, to be competitive even with the simplest products on the market.
