ASSEMBLING AND PACKING DEPARTMENT

In this department works a group exclusively of ladies who take care of the assembling and greasing of the pieces, of the manual and/or automatic packing, for which a packaging machine and an horizontal machine SCHIB CO 100 PLC POLY (with which it is possible to package kit of any typology) are available. Besides, this department is equipped with all the necessary tooling in order to provide, if requested, functional testing and/or tightness test.
The articles are packaged in recycling cardboard boxes, labeled with indication of Frigotech’s code, client’s code, description, quantity, weight, production batch for the traceability, and, if requested, also bar code. Put on recycling pallet EPAL, the boxes remain on stock waiting for the shipment.
As the stock is about 2.000 m², thanks to agreements with the customers, Frigotech is also able to offer a storage service which allows our company to react promptly in case of urgent shipment needs.
