Quality management system certificate 9001:2008

The certification ISO 9001:2008 obtained from Frigotech 2001 and annually renewed is the recognition of the activities carried out in practical and accurate mode.
Frigotech optimised its own organisation thanks to the efficient staff, suitable structures and appropriate competence.

All is the confirmation that Frigotech is a reliable company and it able to ensure high performance and qualitative standards repeatable in the time and when possible also improvible.

From the beginning of the business Frigotech decided to concentrate on these key factors , consequently to have a very professional and competent team able to talk to the clients and find the most suitable method, at the same time with competitive prices, for the product industrialization.

 

In order to be always updated with the customer’s needs and with the technological world evolution, in the last years Frigotech decided to invest more and more in advanced measuring instruments, in software and hardware update and in team training.
Particularly, the technical department has two stations CAD 3D Autodesk Inventor Simulation Suite 2010 and AutoCAD Mechanical 2010 which allow:

  • A prompt and easy interchange of technical drawings
  • An appropriate answer to all the project and constructive needs of tooling and tools equipment for the production cycle

Regarding the material testing during the goods arrival, the production and the assembling, the quality department has got specific tool equipment at its own disposal

 

such as:

  • 3D optical measuring machine Ogp Smart Scope 500 CNC, precision level up to 2µm, magnifying power up to 330x and measuring range 550x450x200 mm
  • Profilometer Zeiss Surfcom 1900 SD, precision level up to 0.05 µm (profilometer mode) and 1 µm (profilograph mode), machining range 100 mm; it allows the measuring of more than 30 roughness values according to the most important international norms such as ISO, DIN, ASME, JIS and so on;
  • Roundness measuring instrument Zeiss Rondcom 54 rotary table on air bearings, precision level of 0.02 µm; this tool allows to measure the principal shape errors concerning pieces up to a maximum diameter of 300 mm with a maximum height of 500 mm;
  • Universal automatic hardometer Affri 250 DRM for the measuring of hardness such Brinell, Rockwell, SuperRockwell, Vickers, Knoop;

 

  • Microprocessor column Marposs with sensors LVDT for the measuring of internal and external diameters; repeatability error lower than 1 µm;
  • Altimeter Mitutoyo Linear Height 400, machining range 400 mm and precision +/- 2 µm
  • Optical gage Starret HB350
  • Optical gage Baty R400 XL
  • Software for the process statistic analysis GBSPC, graphic X-R, machine capacity (CmK) and process capacity (CpK)
